![]() ![]() If you have spent enough time in the Old Town you should be nearing sunset. As you walk down to the beach, turn right and you will find some of the best restaurants and tapas places in Spain. Walk through the "new" plaza with at least 10 Dali statues. Twenty years ago it would be hard to walk after a couples of jarras! After visiting the narrow streets of the Old Town, walk across the main boulevard toward the Mediterranean. Fortunately they no longer use as much liquor in the sangria. Go there in the late afternoon for a jarra (pitcher) of sangria. ![]() The Orange Square in the middle of the Old Town is not to be missed. It has ancient walls, churches and streets. However, if you wish to get the excitement of a complex but smaller place go to the Old Town of Marbella. There are so many spots and neighborhoods in large cities. ![]() Large, enjoyable cities like New York City or Barcelona take a long time to understand and explore. ![]()
